ARE THERE FEES FOR CANDIDATES?  
No fees are charged to candidates and no amount is deducted from their salary should they be hired with our help. Our employer-clients are responsible for paying our service fees.

WHAT INFORMATION SHOULD POTENTIAL CANDIDATES SEND US?  
Candidates are asked to send us a copy of their résumé as a Microsoft Word document file or a PDF file. The inclusion of a cover letter is at their discretion. We also request they do not send us copies of their certificates or letters of recommendation. If they are required, they will be requested when needed.

IS CANDIDATE INFORMATION KEPT CONFIDENTIAL?  
No information is passed on to a third party without receiving specific authorization from the candidate. This means each candidate retains complete control over their information file and the positions they apply for.

DO YOU FOLLOW-UP WITH EACH CANDIDATE ONCE THEY HAVE SUBMITTED THEIR INFORMATION?  
No, we do not do a systematic follow-up. A candidate will be contacted by a consultant when ABP has a mandate corresponding to the candidate’s training and experience, and in which they are likely to be interested.

WHAT DO YOU DO WITH THE INFORMATION RECEIVED?  
Upon reception of a résumé, all pertinent information is entered in our computerized database and we keep a digital copy of every résumé received.

HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP CANDIDATE INFORMATION ON FILE?  
We keep all the résumés that are sent to us. Candidates should only send us an updated version if the modifications are significant, i.e., a change of address, e-mail, new job and/or professional qualification or university degree.

HOW DO YOU LET CANDIDATES KNOW OF AVAILABLE POSITIONS?  
Our computerized database lets us make a rapid and efficient search among all our candidates. The candidates with pertinent training and experience that correspond to the demands of the mandates entrusted to our company will be contacted immediately by one of our consultants. We do not post job offers on our web site.

DO YOU OFFER A RÉSUMÉ PREPARATION SERVICE?
