Code of Ethics

Service our employer-clients loyally and professionally.
Respect the confidentiality of all the information received from both our employer-clients and our candidate-clients.
Provide the employer-client with precise and complete information on the qualifications, experience and professional background of each candidate presented
to them (and always after prior approval from the candidate).
Treat each and every candidate-client objectively with professionalism, confidentiality and without bias or prejudice.
Communicate to the candidate-clients all the appropriate and pertinent information, so as to reflect faithfully the description and demands of the positions offered by the employer-clients.
Receive prior authorization from both the employer-client and candidate-client before organizing an interview.
Never solicit a candidate from an employer-client once he/she has been placed there through ABP Personnel Consultants Inc.

No fee is demanded from an employer-client in advance. Candidates will not be billed for ABP professional services, either directly or indirectly.
Be honest at all times in all communications; never employ exaggerations or make untruthful declarations.
Limit all publicity and/or promotions to the type of services ABP Personnel Consultants Inc. offers.
Avoid any and all behaviors, practices, or declarations which could harm or discredit an employer-client or a candidate-client.
